General Rules_
You are limited to having 4 characters. One is allowed to be a canon character. And one HAS to be either an academy student or a Genin. This way we get lower class ninja and upper class ninja.
No more than one character on an account (i.e. no twins or siblings in the story sharing one usename) It just gets confusing and this way, we can tell who has who.
What the admin/s say goes. No arguing and no back chat. It's just a waste of time
You must obey every rule, it might sound bad but we don't have that many. And it makes it fair for everyone
NO ADVERTISING IN THE CBOX. We have an advertising section for a reason. shruiken
Please don't take IC fights OC, I don't want people fighting just because they're characters are fighting. If I find out this is happening then a short term ban will be put in place. If you do have a problem with another member, PM a staff member and we'll sort it
No racism, predjedice or any form of cruelty is allowed. I don't care what you're views are, I don't want to see it
You must be accepted before posting in the IC (In Character) boards. Follow the Application form and after the name put  so that we know you have read the rules
NO Mary Sue's or Gary Stu's. This basically means having the perfect character who can do anything, and is so beautiful/handsome, and is more powerful then anyone else. We don't allow them here, and we never will
If you need any help or if you have a suggestion don't be afraid to tell a staff member.
NO SPAMMING! Do not waste posts by spamming, all posts must be at least ywo decent paragraphs or more…or at least of some significant
Swearing, there can be some swearing, after all it's in the show. But please try to keep it under control. I don't want every other word to be a swear word.
No double posting, this means don't reply to a thread you just replied to. If you need to add something, use the modify button
Please try and stay active. If your going away then say so. But if your inactive for over a month your account will be deleted.
Keep your user-name the same as your main character's name. I don't want to see things like *naruto_rocks*. It just makes it difficult for the staff.
Your user name must follow the Japanese format. Which is Last name then First Name. So Kakashi Hatake would be Hatake Kakashi.

Roleplaying Rules_
No one line posts. People like to work with more than just one line. Explain things and give feelings and thoughts. It also makes it easier to work off of. We do have a RP helpline incase you get stuck
No intentional slurs on anyone else. If you are in character and happen to be a mean character (like Orochimaru), then try to keep language PG. We don't want to offend anyone. Granted, the anime/manga does swear quite a bit and their are insults. But try to keep it as calm as possible.
No God-moding. You know, no controlling other characters. You cannot make someone else's arm move. If they detail what they're thinking or feeling, you can't automatically know it. Etc. However, if the person gives you permission then go ahead, just don't go overboard. And that person has to PM me or another staff member just so i'm certain

NO NO NO NO. This is godmoding. You cannot say what another character does. Or if you end up harming them in a way. The other character might decide to have their character dodge the attack. Of course continous dodging WILL result in a short term ban. It's not fair.

See. Now that gives the other roleplayer a chance to react, and this way you can still have the same sort of post. But not godmode them.
Absolutely NO chatspeak when RPing. That's fine for the cbox and in the General area, but once you're rping, I don't want to see any lol or ppl. Spell it out, you'll sound intelligent.
Please be true to your character if your canon. I don't want Kakashi going all evil and Sasuke making daisy chains okay? And I don't want to see non canon couples e.g. Sasuke and Naruto. There are NO hints of this in the anime. Naruto likes Sakura. End of story.
All roleplaying should be writen in third person/story format. This means using words like he, she, etc. And it can't be she dances, it has to be she danced. So in other words, it's kinda in third person past tense. Also remember not to type in Theater format. This means no Naruto: "Sakura! Are you okay?" *waves at Sakura before grinning and giving her a thumbs up*
When posting out of character in the RP section, make sure to put ((OOC: Message here)) then put your post below it.
You are not allowed any signature jutsus without a reasonable reason as to why your character knows it.

Character Creation Rules_
If your character comes from a custom clan you must make sure that the clan has been approved. Also if you want to join a already created custom clan then you must PM the person who made it and ask for permision. Bykuugan A member can have up to three clans but only one of the can have a kenkki genkai or blood line ability.
If your character possess a bijuu, you must be sure to remain active. If you become inactive you will loose the character and the Biju will be open for someone else.
Jinchuriki are allowed. But you must have a good history to go with it. And you must be a decent roleplayer. I won't be giving out the Biju to just anyone. They'll go to the best roleplayers and those who I feel suit the demon.
All Character Profiles MUST be approved by a Staff member. And only staff members and the member signing up can post in the thread. No other member can post in there.
All Character Profiles MUST be written in third person.
Relations with Canon characters is NOT ALLOWED. I don't want to see a distant sibling of Naruto. If its a must, then PM the member who has the canon. If they agree and discuss it with me, then maybe i'll allow it. But there has to be a good reason.
Characters wont be allowed to use jutsu beyond their ninja class. For instance, a genin can use E rank and D rank jutsu just fine. But not B, A or S-Rank. The only execptions are Canons, Jinchuriki and special characters that the staff decide are allowed.
NO UCHIHA. They only Uchiha around are Uchiha Sasuke, Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Madara. You can create a Hyunga because the clan isn't dead. But be reasonable with it.
Remember, not every low class ninja is a genius, and not everyone has a demon locked away inside of them. If I see too many people signing up as genius genin etc I will put a ban on them. Not every ninja in the world is extreemly powerful. Remember...Genin are new to the life of a Ninja. So please, don't make a Genin and act like a Jounin
Characters are not allowed to use jutsu outside their innate element. The five elements are as follows. Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water. So if your character can only use Water, I don't want to see them suddenly using Earth attacks. You have to learn it.
If you decide to create a summon, please don't go over board with it. Not every summon is extreemly powerful, and you can't always gurantee that you'll get the right one. Look at Naruto, he doesn't always get it right. So neither should you.
